What is the current OS and firmware for the 9550 XL?

I just got my new Lumia 950 XL and it is upgrading to Windows 10.10586.29. If I don't put the insider program on the phone, is this the latest OS that it should be running?

I'm hesitant to put the insider program on the phone because 10586.63 really affected the battery life in my 1520 negatively. Did anyone else have different results with .63 on the 90 XL?

Also, I saw there was a firmware update as well for the 950 series and am wondering if someone can tell me what version that should be running also so I can double check once all my updates are done.

Myself on L950 .63 and newest firmware.
And what can I say, going from .36 to .63 for one day seemed very nice, swifter, but only in OS, and better battery on stand-by only. Few days passed, and battery became horrible, no idea why.

I have this firmware and am running .29. Not on insider program. Having no issues.

Depends on the usage and installed apps, more apps installed, less battery life (more processes running).
