Apps update doesn't work. Forced to remove and re-install.

This is weird. My Windows Phone (Samsung Ativ S), seems to not update third party apps like Viber or Whatsapp, when there are updates in the store.
It installs the update, but the version of the software still remain the old one. I'm forced to remove and re-install an app for update it.
Am I the only one with this weird problem?

That's really odd. Is it happening with all 3rd-party apps or only with Viber and WhatsApp?

Seems to happen with almost all third party apps.
