Looks like another revenue stream for Microsoft, but no mention of which platforms it will run on. Skype for Business may definitely put a hurt on the carriers if this bears fruit.

Even BT are planning "And asking" for a future without "Landlines", in 10 years all calls will be VOIP, mobile calls are just another version of this.

Skype is undergoing massive change from a dead end to the future (And this is why it's all change from P2P to cloud and the new apps to stop dead accounts littering the playing field), do I call someone or Skype them, in a few months on Windows 10 mobile or desktop it wont make any difference.

Been busy studying Skype so I am ready :wink:
