Surface 2 Locking after 15 mins of IDLE

My Surface 2 is locking up every 15 mins of not doing anything (Idle). I have already change the group policy on the surface to read 9999 as well as changed the settings on the Advance power options to read never etc. on the battery power settings. Last I have disable the screen saver as well. The Tablet will go on lock mood after 15 mins of being on idle. The odd part is that once in the lock screen it doesn?t go to sleep or hibernate. Because of course I change the settings.

Any ideas what it could be or perhaps I am missing a step or advice.

that could be the display just turning off (as opposed to actual sleeping) but i would think you changed that setting too already.

Yeah i change to the display option to never and it still goes on lock screen

That is odd. Have you tried a reset?

I have tried the rest and nothing.. It locks on 15 minutes to the tee. Which means it has to be a setting somewhere that I am missing. It mind boggling and it is annoying because I have to keep re logging in.

hmmm try resetting with http://forums.windowscentral.com/mi...-2-updated-recovery-image-july-18-2015-a.html and then after don't connect to WiFi and create a local account, does it still happen?
