After 2/17 upgrade My Surfacebook hard drive running at 100%.

I have restored twice still have problem. Host process for windows task shows 1.6 MB/s in task manager when I try to open Edge

Check your OneDrive folder and make sure it isn't trying to upload C:\Users\<your name>

I had the same issue on my PC. Deleting the subfolder from Onedrive will do the trick. It also freed up some space on C:\ since it doubled everything I have for files LOL.
