Slow MicroSD Speed

Dear all,

I insert a sandisk extreme pro class 10 memory card with 100 mbps read speed and 90 mbps write speed. Then I run the Crystaldiskmark app to test the speed of the memory card, it shows the card has only approximately 9.7 mbps read and write speed.

Then I tried to insert another sandisk ultra class 10 memory card, it shows the similar result.

Is this normal? Or is the card reader of my surface go faulty? Both cards were formatted as NTFS (I tried exFAT as well) and I confirmed both cards are genuine.

Definitely sounds faulty.

Definitely faulty unit! I get around 90 read and 85 write speed with my PYN and Samsung 128gb and 256gb.

Thanks for the replies, already contacted Microsoft to arrange for a replacement unit.
