Icon bug with 2004/20H2

I upgraded my Go 2 (m3) to 20H2. Now, whenever I save/move a file to the desktop, then later delete it, the icon will re-appear after a restart or after rotating the screen. The file is still in the trash but an usable ghost icon remains. I tried refreshing Windows, switching to a local account, disabling OneDrive, resetting the recycle bin, and a bunch of fixes I found online. No luck. Anyone else on 20H2 with the same problem?

As a solution to this, I actually downgraded to 1909. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Now I no longer have the option to install 2004/20H2 through Windows Update. Bizarre. But considering how stable 1909 has been for me, I welcome it.
