I'm undecided because for 499$ I feel the Non-Pro Surface just does not offers enough value for its price tag. The Pro 2 has more meat in its bones, but I think I can't afford it yet.

Even though Windows RT has become a complete flop, developers continue to make ARM apps, likely thanks to the ease of creating both a Windows 8 and ARM version. I'm guessing that as long as Windows 8 continues to gain marketshare, RT apps will continue to trickle out. With that in mind, I feel comfortable about buying another RT tablet. I already have 4 computers running a version of Windows. I can survive without legacy apps.

Not going to buy. To costly. Paid $296.00 for my new 64gb Surface RT. Sure not going to pay $449 for a 32gb Surface 2.

No. At this point the Asus T100 64GB model with full keyboard dock and Windows 8 at $400 is more appealing and cost effective at this point for me.

I answered "No".

Having picked up a 32GB RT w/TouchCover for $199 and the continued irritation caused by a lack of quality apps I find it impossible to justify spending $525 for a comparable Surface 2 bundle.

No because im more set on the Pro 2. Surface 2 just doesn't have enough power to be used what I need it for.

I like RT and am looking forward to implementing a private cloud, but find the Lumia tablet more appealing, especially with the Qualcomm hardware.

I have a Surface RT, which I really love, but I'm seriously tempted to get the Surface 2 for the faster processor and 1080p screen. I also like that it's slightly thinner and lighter than the RT. However, I'm wondering if I should hold out to see what the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet has to offer. One question I have is how does the Surface 2's 1.7 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor compare to the 2.15 GHz quad-core Qualcomm 8974 processor that is rumored to be in the Lumia 2520? Are they comparable, or would one be significantly faster than the other? I would love to see WPCentral do a comparison of the Surface 2's specs with the Lumia 2520's rumored specs.

From what I gather the Krait S4 in the XPS 10 outperformed the Tegra 3 in the original Surface RT. I wouldn't be surprised to see the same here.

I do not like the Nokia 10.1 screen ratio the Surface 10.6 is great for watching movies when flying. I hardly ever use the on board screens anymore. Also love the touch pad and type pads.
