I recently had my Touch keyboard swapped out for free by a Microsoft Store but I'm having problems with it. It will recognize the function keys at the top and the trackpad but I can't use any of the numbers or letters. I can't figure out what the problem is. I've restarted the RT and taken off the keyboard about 10 times now but nothing seems to make it work. I do have the early 8.1 installed on my RT so I don't know if something happened after 8.1 was released a week ago.
I know the Touch keyboard works fine because I can connect it to my Surface 2 Pro and it works normally.
Lastly, WP central said that the 8.1 upgrade (for RT) is back up for download now but I don't see it in the store. The only big icons that show up in the store is the new Facebook app and the other 4 rotating slots on the left are left blank even though it scrolls through those empty slots.
