Best Art Program For Surface pro 3

I have a Microsoft Surface pro 3 and I want to know what art program works best with this tablet. It uses an N-Trig Pen, while every Art Application seems to be made to cater to Wacom...

I currently use ArtRage, but I'm not too happy with it because both MS Paint, and OneNote provide a much smoother experience in drawing, and neither of them are even made to be serious art applications..

Both MS Paint & OneNote are faster/smoother when drawing, and OneNote in particular provides excellent pressure sensitivity alongside the ultimate amount of smoothness to where it's IMO much better than drawing on paper

ArtRage seems to have some slight delay in drawing alongside unimpressive amounts of pressure sensitivity... The whole experience in OneNote is just so heavenly to me on my SP3:excited:, and its not even an art application...:straight:
