Can anyone help me identify what this problem even is? I know it has light bleed but what is this mass of spreading white pixels in the middle?

It's a ghost!

Joking aside, it looks like a TV?

If so is this occuring with the Surface Pro connected?

I ask as you posted under the Surface Pro 2017, sub section.

A little more information would be helpful lol :winktongue:.

Sorry. Wasn’t sure where to post this. It’s a Surface Pro 3. It started out as a small white spot but has gradually spread out from there.

Ah I see, unfortunately the Surface pro series aren't very easy to repair whilst they are engineering marvels. There was a compromise made - repairability, the easiest option is to take it a repair centre or Microsoft for repair.

If you wish to do the repair yourself, here is the ifixit repair guide:

www.ifixit.com/Guide/Microsoft+Surface+Pro+3+Display+Replacement/51722

I have moved your thread to the appropriate sub section of the form:winktongue:.
