System boot problems

My surface pro 4 is I5, 8G, 256G model. In daily using, I find some system booting problems.
1. pause at the welcome screen and show " invalid handle".
2. keep loading at the welcome screen for a long while, after that show "C:\\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop invalid" and all irons on the desktop disappear.
3. everything seems OK, but the start menu doesn't work.
I tried to reset the system and reinstall the system, but the problems are not solved.
Does anyone meet these problems? How to fix it?

Since when are you receiving this error?
Did you make any changes to your system?
Did you Install any new Software and/or Updates?
You can try these standard steps to fix this.
Step 1:
Usually, when the above error occurs, it is because of a corrupt user profile.
The best way to correct this issue is to test with a different user profile. If you don’t have one then follow these steps and create one and see what kind of results you get.
? Click the Start Button, and then click Control Panel.
? Click Classic View in left panel.
? Double-click User Accounts.
? Click Manage another user account.
? Click Create a new account, and type the name (whatever you want for a name)
? Choose account type as Computer administrator.
? Click Create Account.
? Log off and log on with the new account.

ou can always run a sfc scan to fix any corrupted system file. To run a sfc scan follow the steps below:
a. eight cick on start and run cmd with admin privilages
b. At the command prompt type sfc /scannow and then press enter.​

Thanks for replying. I've tried all two steps, buy the problems are still there.

When you reinstalled....did you install custom, delete all partitions first...and install new system is on single clean hd

I had done that. whats more, I tried all different Windows edition, such as home, professional, enterprise and enterprise LTSB. none of these solve these problems.

I would install classic shell,and restart ....see if that works

Sometimes it's just easier to back-up your files and refresh the OS. It's quick, easy, plus it can resolve numerous issues.
