So, I had sent my Surface Pro 4 (i5/4GB/128GB) in for service due to a flickering screen on Friday (22 Feb 19). As of typing this post, it's 26th February (4 days later), and it's arrived to the Microsoft repair center in Ichtershausen, DE after being sent from the UK via UPS.
Got a notification saying it was delivered at around 8:15am (UK time).
So a few hours later (it's now 10:15pm in the UK), I go and check Microsoft's service support page for the repair order that was raised (I'm getting a replacement device "Standard Exchange"), and it has the yellow "clock/pending" symbol on "Your package has arrived".
So I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not, but is this usual for people who have had their Surface serviced? Does it change after like 24 hours or something?
I've called Microsoft Support on the phone, and all they told me to do was check with UPS's website...
Any help would be greatly appreciated
