My Surface Pro 4 touch screen is no longer working. How can I fix it?

my surface pro 4 touch screen is no longer working. nothing.

I can't get the touch screen to work at all. no swipes. nothing. how can I fix it?

believe it or not my SP4 replaced twice. 1st one issue with the fan keeps on blowing, 2nd is the touchscreen. some part works and some part is not. like pressing start, then pressing widgets or any menu its started to freeze. i restarted few times and doing the same thing.

exchange it. this is absolute defect. weird thing is the pen is working really well but not the touch.

Pen and touch are separate. It can be that one works and not the other. But if restarting didn't help try looking at the drivers in device manager. If all are installed and working then return for an exchange.
