Fan Pulses On/Off (Surface Pro 4). Should I Replace?

Most of the time when the fan on my Surface Pro 4 kicks in it pulses on/off rather than comes on steady. It never used to do this but has for past couple of months. It is both quite loud and annoying.... as the only way to stop the fan pulsing is to put my Surface to sleep .... until the fan turns off.

I have a week left before my Manufacturer Warranty ends. Should I send my Surface Pro 4 back to get replaced?

I'm also in the UK if that's important.

I say yes. No need to keep a device that might fail a month after the warranty expires. I say better safe than sorry.
