Nokia Lumia 1020 noise pb

Hello,

I have a new Lumia 1020 white device.

Inside here is the Version system I have never seen it on my other 1020.

Anybody have this OS version?

When i run camera applications i have a noise problem:

nb. increase the volume to hear.

How can i fix it? is it a hardware or software problem?

EDIT: when i shake the phone noise still here but not the same. Only when camera is opened. for exemple when i go inside Nokia Pro Cam and Settings there is no noise.

This has been discussed elsewhere in the forums almost a year ago. Users had different opinions and remote diagnosis as to what the problem was (what was creating the noise), but basically most of us agreed that it was and is a hardware problem. The only solution was to bring the phone to a service center for diagnosis and possible repair.

If i change the camera module, the noise will disapear?

I had the same problem. Switching the camera module solved the issue.

Yes, as indicated by volpenger. If given the option, it would be better to have a service center replace the module for you instead.
