I am currently using Lumia 520. I am thinking of upgrading my phone to a better one. I have lumia 1320 in mind. Though I have heard that the camera is a little sad and there is no nfc support.

What is your view? Is this phone worth it or I should go for something else? Please suggest me if you have any phone in mind near that budget.

If you are on a budget oriented phone , lumia 525 is perfect phone for gamers (1GB ram ) but when one compare it to lumia 1320 , it has a faster dual core processor , graphics and 720p HD screen , oh it's a phablet
Yes camera is same as lumia 520 with flash. If you don't want to play games then you can also go for lumia 720 , since it has EXCELLENT camera , NFC and battery life.

I need atleast 1 gb ram. I need a bigger screen than 520. Buying 525 would be stupid as it is basically the same phone I have but additional ram. 720 is old school now. Same 512 MB ram.

I don't mind using a phablet. Is the screen bright enough? I'm not so sure about it. I just encountered it while buying Lumia 625 for a relative so I didn't get enough time to play with it.

Lets say if you have 20k (INR). Which phone would you go for?

I've been using a 1320 for a couple weeks after using a 1520 since it came out last November. The 1320 has a bright screen and looks pretty close to the same quality as the 1520. Speed is comparable also.
