Can't get Build 14295 'Redstone' update for Lumia 1320

Hey there,

I own a Lumia 1320 and successfully updated it to OS Build 10.0.10586.164 but since the new Build 14295 'Redstone' is out for both slow and fast ring insiders, whenever i try to update to new build there seems to be no new updates.I tried switching from slow to fast ring with no success.

I live in India, and i read somewhere that the build update might not be coming due to my country and other reasons so i switched my region to US and then installed new app called Preview for Developers and went through all the steps mentioned in the app but without any new updates to Build 14295.After a while, i installed Windows Insider app(with region US) and went through the same success with same results i.e. NO NEW UPDATES.

Can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?Or is it because of my location that i am not getting updates?And what is the difference between Preview for Developers app and Window Insider app?
