Profiles not showing up when making or receiving calls

Recently when receiving or making calls the profile info won't show up. For example, when someone I have a profile for calls it will only show the phone number; no name, no picture, no custom ringtone. Even if I go to the persons profile and click call mobile only the phone number will show up while calling; no picture or name. Is this a bug? How can I fix this? It used to work fine.
