Bluetooth pops, pausing, ticking

I had a 635 that when connected to two different Bluetooth headsets and my 2014 Impala when streaming audio with the audio app the sound pauses momentarily, makes popping clicking noises. I used the headsets with my Toughbook to steam from iTunes with no problems so I suspect the headphones are not the problem. Got a replacement phone from AT&T but the 635 is not available so I got a 925, it does the same thing. I paired the headsets to my Samsung i677 with W7.5 and they work flawlessly.

Anyone having these issues? After listening to Bluetooth with out the pausing and popping I find it very annoying.

I had gotten the 635 because it had the micro SD slot, so I got AT&T to replace my 925 with another 635, (I know the 925 is a better phone but it has no memory) so this new 635 is worse, it freezes while playing xbox on Bluetooth, restarts without any input from me.....AT&T wouldn't do a thing for me, go figure. I got rid of it and have an HTC One M8 windows and am super impressed. First Nokia experience and not so good.
