Nokia Lumia 630 restarts continually and will not load windows

Quite a few months ago, I took my daughters phone from her for certain reasons. I kept her phone, powered off, in my purse. Recently, I've decided to repurpose this phone into a home phone.

But now it will not load windows at all. I turn it on, it shows the nokia screen, then restarts.. over and over..

I have done the hard reset 3 times. The second time the phone actually made it to the blue windows icon screen, then restarted and back to its usual cycle.

Any ideas?

Sorry you're having problems.

Try to boot the phone with no SIM.
If there is an SD card in the phone remove it.
Leave the phone plugged into a charger for several hours.
Make sure the battery is seated well and has a good charge.

Try flashing with the Lumia Software Recover tool(removes all data)
