Windows Device Recovery Tool doesn't install any more....please I need help with this!!

I downgraded my Lumia 630 from Windows 10 Mobile a couple of time using Windows Device Recovery Tool.After I disinstalled it now I can't install it again because it keeps stopping the installation and gives me "error 0x80072ee7".sometimes it is "error 0x80072eff".How can I fix this???
It always stops when comes to install WinUsbCoinstaller.....

Maybe try installing it on a different PC?
