Purchased 635, but cant figure out APN options

Just purchased a lumia 635. I got most things set up. However I cant figure out the APN....or at least the right location to enter the info. Im using straight talk atm, and im trying to get mms and internet working.

But straight talks APN info cant exactly be pasted from one to the other,

APN: tfdata
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS PROXY: mms3.tracfone.com
MMS PORT: 80
MMS_APN: tfdata

Nokia is using different terms.

for example the Nokia inernet APN area is saying
APN:
username:
password:
proxy server(URL):
proxy port:

The nokia MMS area
APN:
user name:
password:
WAP gateway (URL):
WAPgateway port:
MMSC(URL):
MMSC Port:

So overall I have the info. Im just damned confused as where to enter it exactly.

just visit your carrier's store, they will be glad to help you out. Or just buy a new nano SIM from your provider (it's only $7.50). I am sure it's already pre-configured just like when I bought my nano sim to replace my micro sim. I didn't have to set up anything.

This seems close but on the MMS APN part they mention proxy port 8080. But on the nokia there are two spots to enter port numbers
WAP gateway port:
MMSC port:

Quick thing I forgot to ask... Is this a ATT or Tmobile phone? Also what color straight talk sim are you using?

Im using ATT version of the 635 and the sim card was grey from straight talk. Standard micro sim for ATT.
