Why can't my child download anything after being put into Family

I start a family account thing that you have to do in order to let your child download anything on her new Nokia Lumia 635. Even after I put her into the family she still can't download any of her games like Subway Surfers. I don't see why she can't even though I have placed her into my family.

Have you looked at the family settings as I believe you have to set a level of content that can be downloaded
