vibrate issue

. im having this vibrate problems. my vibrate goes on and off. there are times that it is working but sometimes it is not. I've noticed it with the haptic feedback on key press. On press of windows, search, back button, it does work sometimes. Aren't you guys noticing it? Wondering if this is a known issue. Try pressing windows ley repetitively. Vibrate in my case usually gone after a while. Thanks
