My phone is due for an upgrade as its showing its age and I plan on upgrading in the next couple of months. Besides being slow I don't know why I am unable to make calls from Viber or Whatsapp, sometimes incoming calls come through. Could it be a memory issue? I am planning on doing a full reset and setting up from scratch to see if it remedies the issue. The phone is on the latest 8.1 build available through the developer program and has plenty of space available (~5gb). Any tips would be appreciated to stretch the phone another couple of months.
