When are we going to get Black for our 820s?

Any timeframe for Lumia Black update for 820s? Also is it going to be like the GDR3 which started from some variants and continue or every 820 will get at the same time?

Can anyone remember how soon 'coming soon' actually means? I remember it being displayed during the Amber update but I can't remember how long
