Memory growing up

Hi ! Sorry for the cross-posting, I have made a mistake, posting a question instead that a new thread.
Anyway here is the problem. I have a Lumia 820 CV running WP 8.1 Denim. The space occupied in phone memory is slowly but continously growing, 3.9G, than 4.0G, then 4.1G; I have no new app, old apps on the phone (the Here suite) seems to occupy always the same space. Why this happens ? Any suggestion ?

under internet explorer, clear cookies and cache. Perform a soft reboot or you can also move your files to sdcard to make some space.

Others folder may also be eating up your memory but there is no way to clear that, last resort will be to do a hard reset.

Thanks for the help, I will do a soft reset. Hard reset will be my last solution.
