Phone not recognized as a drive

I just got a Lumia 822 today, and when I hook it to my Windows 7 computer, it is not recognized as a drive. I wanted to drag and drop some ringtones, but I can't get it recognized. It did show as a portable device, but when I clicked on that, it didn't show any folders. Any suggestions?

Restart the 822 with it plugged into the USB. That worked for me.

When a phone isn't recognized by Win7/8 its most likely LOCKED , please unlock your phone then try connecting it , (of course restart the phone and the PC and see what happens .)

Also make sure you download and install the windows phone software from Microsoft. While it's not necessarily required, it provides an interface that lets you drag and drop files onto your phone. Also, make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your phone.
