Constant E-Mail Issues on the 822

Our company uses POP3 and or IPMAP email service. I have several 822's in the sales field but I have a single user who keeps having problem after problem with his email. It will just stop sending and or receiving. The solution seems to be removing the account and re-adding but this is becoming tiresome. He is in sales and rarely has time to come here for me to do this for him nor does he have the time to miss out on emails.

Could this possibly be a OS issue? I have 3-4 other 822's and no one has the same problem.
