Front face problem (not the dust problem)

Since I got my Lumia 920 (one wee ago) i've been noticing that half of my front face c?mera do not "focus" it just blurs the image and the other half stay focused,

And there is no difference when i take the Picture or not.

Look at the pictures below, se that on the top they are Always blurry.

Already did a good wipe, stills the same ...

Someone knows what is it ? will I need to change my lumia 920 ?

Mine also has a distortion on the top. Removed the screen protector because of this but still blurry on the top part of the photo.
