Still some folks here with 925
I never liked the camera of the 925. Updates seem not to have improved the picture quality as I can see. A iPhone 6 makes much better photos IMHO, even at night.

What firmware are you running on your lumias? Because my lumia takes pretty baaaad looking photos, compared to calculator, i'm serious. I tried amber, black, cyan, denim, and even now on windows 10 preview(althoug it still says cyan, because its not final software) and it look super when i take a shoot, but when it saves the photo its blurred badly

Okay here is the situation. I tried everything, even changing from windows 8.1 to windows black and windows amber update. Now I'm on the win 10 preview 10581. The problem is, as you can see in the pictures, this blur from the LEFT side of the photo. I dont know what to do more. Take a look at the pictures It happens on every single picture i've taken. I compared my phone with lumia 630 and 630 doesnt have that kind of a blur, moreover it takes far better looking photos. Also tried manual adjustments i'm telling you everything and nothing helps. The strange thing is that when i record a video there is no blur on the left side.
Please help me if you can, because i dont have warranty and dont know what to do. Im seeing your pictures and they are faaar more better then mine are.

One more thing is happening also, when i take a picture it looks gorgeous until it saves the image. After that you can see yourself. Lenses are clean also

similar thing happened to my beloved late 920 and it didn't go away until I took it apart and removed the tiny spec of dust on the camera under the outer lens. Also in case it's a HW defect, by now the camera module shouldn't break a bank and I'm sure there is a disassembly video for the 925 somewhere too to help You out.

Looks like a hardware defect!

My Lumia 925 had a blurry spot right in the middle of the frame!!
my Nokia N86 8 MP suffered from the same issue.
my 2 N8 units had the same problem you have, one of them by a less extent.
my Nokia N95 had 4 blurry corners.
my Nokia N73 had the issue you have on your 925.

You see Nokia quality wasn't always the best Or I had very very bad luck especially because I'm a fan of mobile photography and often refuse to take a real camera with me ...

But hey, my Nokia 808 is perfect... (on my 1020 I don't like the colors at all)
