How do I use the internal mic while calling via bluetooth?

I am using a bt dongle to connect my lumia 930 to my car. when playing music everything is fine.
When a call comes in, the bluetooth protocol turns of the internal microphone which is in front of me and instead uses the mic of the dongle which is well hidden.

Is someone able to explain, solve or to offer an app or something to resolve this issue?

It sounds so easy to programm, doesnt it?

any help is much appreciated!!

It is hands free Bluetooth calling, that is what it is supposed to do

that is not really an answere

and no...that is not the definition of handsfree and as you see i would like to use my mobile devices internal mic in bluetooth mode.
when i put in an AUX cable the mic is working and thats what i would like to have in BT mode.

and i know it was working on some point while on wp 8 or 8.1

is there a developer out there?
