Capacitive button discoloration

I have a secondhand Icon and since I got it, I've always noticed that the capacitive buttons are somewhat dim and yellowish grey. Is this just how it is on all Icons? I assume not.

Also, as a second question, can I get a new replacement for this icon from Nokia? The warranty is still valid.

Yes it does go away according to other forum members. As far as the warranty, you might even be able to do it though Verizon. You should not have a problem through Nokia though either let us know what you find out

Any idea if there is an issue with using the warranty on this Verizon phone in Canada though?
