how to choose how an incoming call is displayed

I got the windows denim update last night and I was so excited but now i'm just frustrated.
My incoming calls used to show this perfectly clear contact picture and name when I got a call, now the picture is all blurry or something.
I think some of it may be all the new options there are now at the bottom of the call screen. It looks like the photos are stretched or someting.
Does anyone know how to fix this, I've been through every setting i can find on the phone and no luck

I noticed the fuzzy pictures too, but I found that by viewing each contact in the people hub, it downloaded a higher quality picture for the contact.
