You're asking a school work question on here? Good luck with an answer.

Basically no I wouldn't since they can be hacked and used against the original owner. I imagine they receive a command from a command post or something like that meaning that a hacker can just intercept the radio waves and give it a new set of commands. That's the short answer for me.

Yes and no, I'd say it something that really depends on the situation.

Machinery can malfunction, but then again, so do people.
I think many situations would require more discretion than just attack everything that's not yours.
What about security? They'd be a pretty big target for anyone I'd imagine. but then the human lives.

Eh, I'd say no.
At the most, I'd say I'd accept them most as supplementing human/thinking troops.
