Contact pictures; how to get them back?

My Contact pictures have been gone for a month?, was hoping they return themselves but they haven't.

I'm not sure what caused this. Could be W10M (or its update(s)) since I was using phone with that OS (now back to 8.1 on a different phones), could be Outlook update(s) or something else.

Anyways, is there anyway to get those pictures back? My People's tile has only Facebook icon circling there (I dont even have Facebook)

It's probably the Outlook update. That broke a lot of contact pictures for people that they have had to add back manually.
