I am Korean and living in South Korea.
Cortana is not currently supported and is not available in the region where I live.
Siri, Google Assistant, and Bixby are available in Korean. Alexa is not supported.
In the area where I currently live, dictation in Word and PowerPoint in Office 365 has only recently started to be supported in Korean.
It was also added along with Hindi as a preview language.

Given the current situation, Cortana language support seems impossible in my area.
Microsoft's mobile business went bad and failed.
It seems difficult to compete with Google Assistant on Android and Siri on iOS.
That's why it appears to be giving up Cortana in the mobile market.
Siri, of course, seems to be a lot sloppy, similar to Cortana.
Siri is also very stupid but seems to have survived thanks to iOS.

For now, only Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are likely to survive in the AI assistant market.
I have yet to give up my regret about Cortana.
I think it's time to let go of my hand.
In Windows 10, it would be better to use Google Assistant or Samsung's Bixby in partnership.
I'm sorry why Microsoft didn't roll out cheap AI speakers like Google.
They are also launching AI speakers with displays and are active.
It seems difficult to beat Google and Amazon.

But if Microsoft keeps Cortana even for the B2B market...
I hope to expand the supported languages and markets a lot.
It should support your country of support, at least as Google Assistant or Apple's Siri.
I honestly hope to keep the Cortana name and not give up.

I used google translator.
