Can A Non-SkyDrive User Upload a Large Video File to My SkyDrive?

A relative wants to send me a video (probably about 300MB). In the past, I would use services like yousendit.com to do this. But, I was wondering if I could do it via Skydrive. I use it. They don't. Is it possible for them to upload the file from their PC to my SkyDrive account, or is there a different service that would be better for this?

Unfortunately I don't think that is possible on SkyDrive if you don't let him login to your account, which you probably don't want to :(

If exchanging files with this relative is likely to recur, I suggest DropBox. Using DropBox, (free account) you could make a separate sub-directory and then share that sub-dir with the relative. Do this by using the DropBox "invitation" command to send the relative a link. The link will set up an account for the relative and install DropBox with the same shared folder on their computer. Then the relative just copies the video file into the shared folder on their computer. DropBox will sync it on your DropBox account on the web and on your computer too.

On top of that, it seems that SkyDrive has a 100MB upload limit anyway, which would be too small for the video.
