Problem downloading folders from OneDrive to computer

Hello,

I have a problem downloading folders from my OneDrive account to my computer. Yesterday, I downloaded a compressed folder to my computer and when I extracted the content in it I had 3 folders missing in one of the extracted folders. Originally, these folders were empty in One Drive, so I wonder if this this is the reason why they were not included in the extracted folder now on my computer.

Does anyone know why this happened?

I don't see an option to download compress folders from onedrive.
If it is not doing what you want download one folder at a time.
