I am using LG kc550,I want to buy a new phone with intelligent OS now.Which one would you like to recommended to me.Android or Windows?here are two phones I saw at an online store,which one is better?

Windows Mobile 6.5 With Wifi Analog TV GPS Java Touch Screen
