Terrible battery life with mango

Maybe check the Background Tasks in application settings and see if there is maybe a lot of apps running tasks or one in particular that is running larger than normal jobs.

It seems like my Focus uses more battery since upgrading to Mango (forced upgrade). However, I don't know if it's because of Mango or if I'm using the phone more.

I've not noticed a difference in my VZW Trophy. Maybe try signing out of Facebook Chat and Messenger. I can get through at least a full day of average use without a recharge. I think the battery life on this phone/OS is amazing.

Worse on my Optimus 7. Though I have every single of the battery draining features on. ( Except brightness )

My Arrive is the same as the RTM Mango I ran for weeks. The battery is still fantastic.

I posted about this the other day. Normally my focus would have 25% left when I put my phone on the charger when I goto sleep for the night. After mango I caught it right around 5%. Not using anything new besides the Twitter integration.

Yea I've been thinking my battery life might be less, but I have been playing with my phone a lot more. In a couple weeks I'll be able to gauge my battery life.

Yup, bad battery life.

And I use my phone the same way I did before mango. Every connection except for cell network is turned off. I dont twitter or facebook either. Email is manual update only.

Actually my battery doesn't seem that bad at all, my phone lasted from late night Thursday till earlier morning today in one single charge.

Yeah is pretty amazing =). ( worse than Nodo though but I just have some many new settings on )

I will echo this suggestion. My battery life has been about the same, but my live tiles do seem to be updating better than in NoDo and, as such, I'd assume slightly lower battery life.

No. I don't facebook or twitter and the only connections I leave on are Cell and Xbox Live. The rest are always off.
