I have an account but I use it to post on Streams and to comment on sites. But know that Mango is gonna have it integrated I want to make the most of it. =)

It's better than Facebook IMO. You can follow your friends and even have direct contact with famous clebs, pro athletes, ex presidents, developers, even porn stars. LOL.

So you can't make friends but you can follow people. Alright let's say I follow some artist like Lady Gaga and Rihana and some random person follows me.

What happens? We are not exactly friends.

I see it as a very personalized RSS feed, you "follow" sites or people you're interested in.

Basically, you'll get their updates in your Twitter feed. Unless you're really into a particular celeb, it gets old pretty fast. I prefer to find out about the highlights of celebs' exploits via other sites than have them junking up my feed.

I'd recommend starting with the official Twitter 101 FAQ: https://support.twitter.com/groups/...er-101-how-should-i-get-started-using-twitter

I follow sites for news, devs, and people who write for sites. Much easier to get a comment in here or there and actually get a response, plus they really appreciate the feedback. I also use MetroTwit and sometimes TweetDeck because I follow too many people for the site to be useful, and like notifications so I don't have to check the site.

What's RSS? Seems like it can get Chaotic, how can I have twitter on my People's hub without my page exploding? :O

You can choose to allow someone to Follow you or not to allow them to follow you. In the people hub you can filter between social services. That held with the clutter.

Well, RSS is a way to receive news and articles from webpages as they come, usually to read them later.

When it comes to twitter, say, you follow wpcentral's account. Then you know when they've posted something new on the site.

As for the people hub, like 1jaxstate1 said, you'll be able to filter social networks that appear there. In any case, twitter can get crowded depending on how many people you follow.

Off topic, but how are you getting that gamer tag into the bottom of your profile.

I searched Google (sorry Bing) and found a site. I typed "Gamer tag generator" I think. After you create the one you want, copy the link and insert in to your sig.

I'll see if I can find the site I used, but there are quite a few out there nowadays.

I use twitter to follow comedians. Then when I need a laugh or a nice comic break, I read my feed. I also use a couple times of year to get breaking news from big events such as CES or E3, when all the exiting stuff is being announced while I am at work.
