Sending Picture MMS messages issue

Does anyone run into the issue where you go to send a MMS message after you take a photo and keep getting the Can't Send Retry message? The only solution I came up with is rebooting my phone and everything works normally. I'm using a Focus S, AT&T (full service when sending), and I recently updated to 8107 and have the same result.

I've also had that happen on an Android phone and a BlackBerry phone and reboots always fixed it. Never knew what the reason was.

Is there a resolution/size limit of the picture that prevents it from being sent?

I had this happen on my HTC TITAN. Never had this problem on the HTC Inspire 4G (Android).

Also hoping for a resolution.
