Well, we don't know what user-facing changes are going to be made for WP8's IE10. IE9 on Mango isn't too complicated, it's really just a matter of poking through the menu (and letting people know that the address bar doubles as a search field).

Took a minute to figure out but i think they're looking for a training slideshow about IE9 on windows phone.

Try Slideshare, they've got slides on pretty much everything.
