I have a Nokia Lumia 920. I have a live tile for my calendar on the home screen. I am noticing it is not showing any upcoming appointments. When I actually go into my calendar I do see appointments. Any suggestions?

How far in advance is your next appointment? In my experience, it only shows the next 24h or so (if I'm remembering correctly).

I believe my next appointment is 2 days away. Is there anyway to change that setting or is there another app with a live tile you can recommend?

Correct, if you don't have anything upcoming within the next calendar day (re: tomorrow) it won't show anything on the tile or lockscreen.

I do not believe there is a way to change that setting. I have not tried any other calendar apps, although I would recommend Liquid Daffodil's "Calendar Search" app for added functionality.
