Have I missed something or is there no way to adjust volumes for different activities independently? Is there anyway to have vibration active when the phone is silenced and not active all the time when the ringer is in use?

Well I noticed that for some things my volume level went from a 1-30 scale to a 1-10 scale. So I assumed there was independent volume control.
