Invite new contacts to Family Room

I have two Rooms set up on my L920.
The second (bare with me) is a for work, and works fine.
The other is the original Family Room. I have invited and "connected" with the Wife (htc 8x) and everything syncs fine.
However, I would now like to invite some other family members to the room, but the option to Invite is not there.
Any ideas?

In the room go to the members page (lists all the current members). There should be two buttons on the bottom, email and members. Click members and it should bring you to an edit room page that has a button at the bottom to invite more members.

But them two buttons are what I'm missing. Just 1 button to email the other members
However. I am now suspecting that the room was established on her phone, as she has the buttons you mention. It was so long ago, (months maybe... ) I cant remember.
Anyway, possible big face palm for me.
