Problem With my live tiles

Hello dear Windows Phone community! I have a Lumia 920 and it has been great until now, I don't know why but several of my live tiles has stopped refreshing themselves, including Chronos Calender, Windows Phone Central app, e-mails both hotmail and Gmail, Facebook, twitter well now that I think about it. Every app I can think of has stopped updating its livetile. Can you guys help me detect and fix my problem?
