Thank goodness...the TellMe recognition/dictation is a joke, even in quiet areas...

I have to constantly repeat myself when trying to use it...

Really? I find it works pretty well. I have to repeat occasionally, but I just try to speak a little clearer than my normal conversational speaking. Its certainly a lot better than Siri.

How is tellme better? Give me some examples. Can it set my alarm for me? It starts searching on the web instead. Its nowhere near as smart as siri. IDC about the smartass answers, I want it to follow directions quickly and efficiently like siri

I'll be honest, I've never really used Siri more than a few minutes on a friends phone but what I can say about TellMe is that it at least allows any app to access its API. Gleek comes to mind as well as WPCentral (soon enough)

TellMe is not the same thing as Siri. But from my experience TellMe is much better at deciphering what I say than Siri ever has been. And most of my friends with iPhones find Siri more of a pain in the ass gimmick than an effective interface tool.

Tellme seems to work great with my WP8 920...much better and faster than with my Samsung Focus...
The functionality is just limited
